Veracruz, one of the five states with teachers’ highest scores after national evaluation

– The state governor gave 284 placements to teachers that had excellent scores
– “You are standing where you are supposed to, you don’t owe your spot to anybody,” said Duarte after recognizing their preparation

After swearing-in 284 new professors that will integrate the teaching service after this Tuesday, Veracruz governor Javier Duarte de Ochoa said that this placements were earned by their own efforts, mentioning that this selection is done according to the General Professional Service Law after 4350 teachers participated in the evaluation process to get started in the basic education level.
 
During his speech, the state governor manifested that they are standing where they are supposed to, and they don’t owe their spot to anybody, adding that they fulfill the aptitudes criteria, guarantying that the classrooms will have the best teachers. 
 
From all the applicants that answered the test, 42 percent (1806 teachers), obtained an ideally result, which put Veracruz as one of the five states in the country with the teachers’ highest scores.
 
“You owe this to yourselves, to your efforts, dedication, to the teachers that prepared you, and to your fathers and relatives that supported you. It is extraordinary the arrival of 284 new teachers that will become part of the great educational workforce in this state, and consolidate that we have the bes teachers from Mexico,” he said.
 
He also said that there is a need to strengthen the education system in order to generate better conditions for those who have main responsibilities in society, which includes teaching and transmitting to the children and youths of this nation.
 
“The swearing-in for the new professors into the education system, demonstrates determination and compromise to achieve it, with the addition of teachers for elementary, kindergarten, junior high, especial and physical education.”
